Quitting Coffee: June 1, 2025

I’m quitting coffee — again!
Yes, I’ve quit before, many times, actually. I don’t have trouble quitting, but I have a problem with restarting after I “quit”.
Why am I doing this, you ask? I mean, I like the taste of coffee. I enjoy it. But to answer the question: For health reasons and to get better sleep.
I don’t want to get into a big diatribe about sleep, but these days, we all are chronically sleep-deprived.
Of course, I’m going to experience a period of withdrawal as I transition off, but I’m aware of it and bracing myself for it. I am expecting a bumpy ride.
And the ride starts in 4 days from today (May 28).
